Good to know

Prior to your appointment you will be emailed a new patient form – you can either email this back to us or print it out and bring it with you. Don’t  worry if this isn’t possible just arrive a few minutes early for your appointment and we can help fill out a paper copy instead.

We operate a by appointment only system as our receptionist Michele works from home. We may be busy with a patient and unable to help with your enquiry at the door.

Please ring the doorbell when you arrive for your pre booked appointment.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment so that we have plenty of time to complete your foot care treatment.

We do run a cancellations waiting list, If you require an urgent appointment, please contact our receptionist who will do her best to book you an appointment at a time that suits you.

Cancellations policy: If you can’t make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else who maybe on our waiting list.

We politely ask for 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment and should you fail to attend you may be charged.
